In these days colorful beads are very much common in fashion as well as style. In neckpieces, bangles, wristlets, earrings, patchworks in clothes, beads add a glamour touch every time. These dazzling crystal like beads are made of plastics/glass are shaped like gems.
You also know that these beads are also used to make many other accessories like show pieces, flowers on the vas, bags, purses, belts, door hangings, etc. But you don’t know how these things are made. These are very easy to make. It is as simple as you thread garlands. So, hurry up! Make your accessories yourself in this festive season and surprise your friends, colleagues, relatives.

Now you don’t have to run from market to market to get matching accessories according to your choice. You can design and create new things for yourself and make an exclusive style statement. One more thing! It also involves a lot of creativity. In spite of not being a fashion designer, you can explore a designer in yourself. And when you buy and make beadworks, you will really have the pleasure of playing with the colors.

Now the question is how you can make these things. Follow my articles, you will get it. For this purpose, first you have to collect the items for the accessories. The items are available at the stationery shops where the items for work-education of school kids are sold or at the shops where goods for sewing are sold or at the wholesale\retail market where all kinds of clothes, thread, golden lace, tinsell etc. are sold in bulk size. Of course the main item is beads of various shape and color and for threading you have to buy needle and nylon thread which are strong enough to carry the weight of beads. Also make sure that the bead should have a hole in it for threading.

In these days the conservativeness for fake jewellery has gone. Lighter jewelleries are preferred in place of costly gold and precious stone made jewelleries. These beads jewelleries are very fashionable, trendy and easily suits with western wears and casual dresses like jeans, skirts, three-quarters, shorts. Even it goes wonderful with modern balloon shaped frocks and evening wears.

CRYSTAL FLOWERS
The crystal flowers which decorate your flower vas can be used as fashion accessories. It is also very simple to learn.

1. First collect items ---- A piece of thin board, long shaped beads having side hole for petals, a round flat shaped having hole in center, thin metal wire for joining and adhesive.

2. Cut the board in round shape with compass. The diameter of it must be 1-2 inches more than the diameter of the flat center bead.

3. Pass the thin metal through the hole of the flat round shaped bead in half-way. Then bend the two sides of the metal wire below. Twist these two together and give it spiral shape.

4. String the metal wire in the center of the board and paste the flat bead on the board with adhesive.

5. Brush the adhesive on the rest portion of the board and paste the bottom of the petal beads surrounding the center beads.

6. After drying the adhesive your flower is ready to beautify your flower vas.

Style Tips:-
Make the crystal flowers without the metal wire and paste it on your fashion belts of beads or on those bought from shops with gums. It will be wonderful. Paste the same on your plain old broaches and use it to tie the plete of sari or dupatta. This flowers can decorate your also. Paste the flower on your old back clip or hairpin and flaunt the same on traditional occasions. It will catch many eyes.
